Day 1Arrive Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya the land of stunning wildlife and mystifying cultures! On arrival in Nairobi you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel.

The rest of the day is at leisure to take an optional visit to the Giraffe centre a unique setting where you can feed the Giraffe from an elevated platform. Or you have the option of enjoying a truly unique dining experience at the Carnivore restaurant as a huge variety of meat roastedon Masai swords are freshly served.

Day 2Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve

Today travel north to the Samburu National Reserve. Enjoy the backdrop of the red table top mountain ‘Lololokwi’ along the banks of the Uaso Nyiro river. The reserve will captivate you with its dramatic landscape and wildlife.
On arrival check in and enjoy lunch at the lodge.

Day 3Samburu National Reserve

Day 4Samburu National Reserve - Sweetwaters Tented Camp

This morning transfer from safari lodge in Samburu National Reserve to Sweetwaters Tented camp.
This market town in central Kenya is also known as the gateway to Mount Kenya and the wilderness of Mount Kenya National Park.
On arrival proceed to check-in at the camp.

Enjoy afternoon game drives at the beautiful Sweetwaters Tented Camp which lies in the heart of this privately owned 24000 acre ranch with magnificent views across the wildlife- studded plains to the snowcapped peaks of Mount Kenya.
It is host to all the members of the ‘Big Five’ (elephant rhino lion buffalo and leopard). This conservancy boasts of the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya and shelters large numbers of rare and endangered species.

Day 5Sweetwaters Tented Camp - Lake Naivasha National Park

Today travel to Lake Naivasha National Park the only fresh water lake within Africa’s Great Rift Valley famous for its vast flocks of exotic bird life hippos and fish.
On arrival check in and enjoy lunch at the lodge.

The rest of the day is at leisure to relax or you can take an optional tour to Lake Nakuru National Park home to the famous
flamingos and hundreds of other species including the magnificent birds of prey.

Day 6Lake Naivasha National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

This morning travel along the floor of the Great Rift Valley and head to the Masai Mara National Reserve world famous for its staggering variety of wildlife and seasonal wildebeest migrations.
On arrival check-in to the lodge.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve (Private).

Later after lunch in the afternoon embark on a game drive in the reserve. The park is covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia; hazy forested hills and bushes where the Mara river and its tributaries meander. A spectacular scene to be seen at least once in a lifetime is the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of zebra and wildebeest from the bordering Serengeti and the predators that move along with them. This reserve is famous for gazelles antelopes and a variety of birds. Lions elephants cheetahs and leopards are also found here.

Day 7Masai Mara National Reserve

    Note:

    • Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
    • As per RBI norms, you need to provide PAN Card number. If you are not holding PAN Card, you need to provide declaration in Form 60 along with self-attested passport copy with address page or copy of utility bill as address proof i.e. telephone or electricity bill (if passport address is different from current address).

  • Cancellation & Charges
  • More than 45 days from the date of departure – Non-refundable booking amount AED 500 and non-refundable full tickets cost will be deducted
  • Cancellation prior to 44 – 30 days prior to departure would be 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation prior to 29 – 22 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount
  • Cancellation within 21 days of the departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted

  • A non-refundable Booking amount of AED 500 in order to initiate the booking provided the departure date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
  • A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 30 to 26 days from the date of departure
  • A deposit of 100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 21 days from the date of departure
How to Book

  • Ensure that your passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
  • Ensure that the Names provided should match the travel document.
  • “Child with bed” should be booked as ADULT on Double or Triple sharing basis
  • Booking for 2Adult +1 Child, please book as Double Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 3Adult +1 Child, please book as Triple Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 2Adults and 2 Children, one of the child should be booked as an Adult in a Triple Room.
  • Once Booked, you will receive a mail with Booking confirmation no.
  • Allow us 24-48hrs time limit to revert with the Service Confirmation Voucher to your registered email ID.
