• Accommodation in the hotels listed or similar.
• Transportation in Port Blair by an AC Scorpio/Tavera / Xylo / Ertiga or similar and Havelock by an AC Scorpio/ Xylo / Sumo/ Eeco or similar and in Neil Island by a Non AC Sumo/ Jeep / Omni or similar. Vehicle is as per the itinerary and not at disposal.

Note: Transfers in Neil Island by non air-conditioned vehicle as luxury vehicles are not available.

• If private ferry tickets are not available, then passengers would be transferred to Havelock and Neil Island by govt.ferry.
• Make compulsory use of Life Jacket while inter-island ferry / cruise transfer.
• Light and Sound Show at 1800 hours or 1900 hours, depending on the ticket availability.
• At Elephant Beach, due to limited boats guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted.
• Drinking is strictly prohibited at Elephant Beach.
• In case Elephant Beach trip is not operating due to sea conditions, then guest will be taken to Light House.
• If Light House is also not operational due to bad weather conditions, then guest will be taken to Kalapathar Beach as an alternate sightseeing.
• Guests can expect rain during their stay. Itinerary may be changed according to weather conditions.
• The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided.
• Foreign currency amount will be calculated as per day’s card rate, when payment is made.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving Licence / Identity Card).

• Any transport to / from Port Blair. Your tour price starts Ex – Port Blair.
• Air, train or bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.
• Items of personal nature viz, tips, porterage, room service, laundry, mineral water, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, phone calls, pony / horse rides, rafting, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours / excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
• Entrance fees and guide charges, where ever applicable.
• Any increase in fuel cost, government taxes, entrance fees, intra and interstate taxes etc, the tour price will be amended in accordance.
• Any items / services not specifically mentioned under the inclusions.
• Supplement charges applicable for festive season/ long weekends.

• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels, if not mentioned in the itinerary
• Cancellation & Charges
• More than 45 days from the date of departure – Non-refundable booking amount AED 500 and non-refundable full tickets cost will be deducted
• Cancellation prior to 44 – 30 days prior to departure would be 50% of the total amount
• Cancellation prior to 29 – 22 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount
• Cancellation within 21 days of the departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted
• **Booking Condition**
• A non-refundable Booking amount of AED 500 in order to initiate the booking provided the departure date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
• A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 30 to 26 days from the date of departure
• A deposit of 100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 21 days from the date of departure

• Click on the “Book” and select the desired travel date.
• Choose your room type , number of adults and children and calculate the tour cost
• Proceed to Book by registering and logging in to atlanticdubai.ae 
• Ensure that your passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
• Ensure that the Names provided should match the travel document.
• “Child with bed” should be booked as ADULT on Double or Triple sharing basis
• Booking for 2Adult +1 Child, please book as Double Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
• Booking for 3Adult +1 Child, please book as Triple Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
• Booking for 2Adults and 2 Children, one of the child should be booked as an Adult in a Triple Room.
• Once Booked, you will receive a mail with Booking confirmation no.
• Allow us 24-48hrs time limit to revert with the Service Confirmation Voucher to your registered email ID.
