Day 1 Arrive Seoul

Welcome to Korea – a land with a history which started almost around 2300 BC.
On arrival in Seoul, you will be welcomed our local Cox & Kings representative & transferred to the hotel. This capital city is a financial and cultural center of South Korea.

Enjoy a city tour of Seoul (Seat in coach).

This morning, enjoy a city tour. The highlights include a visit to the Gyeongbok Palace (Photo spot) and watch the Changing of the Royal Guard Ceremony at the largest palace in Seoul. Next, experience Kimchi making and Hanbok wearing, the Korean traditional costume. Later, experience life patterns through state of the art digital technology categorized by theme at Samsung D’Light. Continue to the Garosu -gil. This Gingko tree-lined street is a popular, upscale street in Seoul. It is known as ‘artists’ street’ and has an eccentric flair thanks to its variety of charmingly decorated coffee shops and designer stores. Lastly, visit a cosmetic Store at Seokpajeong where you can chose to buy cost effective cosmetic products.

  12. Surcharge of USD 15 per person per way will be charges for transfers between 2300 hours – 0800 hours.

    Note:

    • Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
    • As per RBI norms, you need to provide PAN Card number. If you are not holding PAN Card, you need to provide declaration in Form 60 along with self-attested passport copy with address page or copy of utility bill as address proof i.e. telephone or electricity bill (if passport address is different from current address).
    • LRS form for tour cost to be signed.
Terms and Conditions

  • The package does not include any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, postage, mineral water, camera fees, food and drinks and other things not mentioned in our itinerary
  • Early check-in and late check-out at hotels, if not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Cancellation & Charges
  • More than 45 days from the date of departure – Non-refundable booking amount AED 500 and non-refundable full tickets cost will be deducted
  • Cancellation prior to 44 – 30 days prior to departure would be 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation prior to 29 – 22 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount
  • Cancellation within 21 days of the departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted
  • **Booking Condition**
  • A non-refundable Booking amount of AED 500 in order to initiate the booking provided the departure date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
  • A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 30 to 26 days from the date of departure
  • A deposit of 100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 21 days from the date of departure
How to Book
  • Click on the “Book” and select the desired travel date.
  • Choose your room type , number of adults and children and calculate the tour cost
  • Proceed to Book by registering and logging in to atlanticdubai.ae 
  • Ensure that your passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
  • Ensure that the Names provided should match the travel document.
  • “Child with bed” should be booked as ADULT on Double or Triple sharing basis
  • Booking for 2Adult +1 Child, please book as Double Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 3Adult +1 Child, please book as Triple Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 2Adults and 2 Children, one of the child should be booked as an Adult in a Triple Room.
  • Once Booked, you will receive a mail with Booking confirmation no.
  • Allow us 24-48hrs time limit to revert with the Service Confirmation Voucher to your registered email ID.
  • Booking form to be duly singed when requested for.
