Day 1 Arrive Madrid

Welcome to Spain – The land of Flamenco and bull-fighting!
On arrival in Madrid, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
Madrid was once the richest and most powerful city in the world. The power and glory of Madrid is reflected in its parks, plazas, boulevards and in the pride and panache of today’s Madrilenos.

The rest of the day is at leisure. This afternoon, take an optional tour to Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and admire its beauty through the architectural heritage Or, spend the evening sampling tapas. It is the ideal way to experience Spanish culture and discover its enchanting bars and taverns.

Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Madrid (Seat in coach).

Explore Madrid on a panoramic city tour. Admire the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens, Campo del Moro and many more attractions.

This morning, transfer from hotel to train station in Madrid.

Embark onboard the high speed train from Madrid to Barcelona.

On arrival in Barcelona, proceed to the hotel and check-in.

Day 6Depart Barcelona

Today, you will be transferred to Barcelona airport for your flight back home.

    • Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
    • As per RBI norms, you need to provide PAN Card number. If you are not holding PAN Card, you need to provide declaration in Form 60 along with self-attested passport copy with address page or copy of utility bill as address proof i.e. telephone or electricity bill (if passport address is different from current address).

  • Cancellation & Charges
  • More than 45 days from the date of departure – Non-refundable booking amount AED 500 and non-refundable full tickets cost will be deducted
  • Cancellation prior to 44 – 30 days prior to departure would be 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation prior to 29 – 22 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount
  • Cancellation within 21 days of the departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted

  • A non-refundable Booking amount of AED 500 in order to initiate the booking provided the departure date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
  • A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 30 to 26 days from the date of departure
  • A deposit of 100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 21 days from the date of departure
How to Book
  • Click on the “Book” and select the desired travel date.
  • Choose your room type , number of adults and children and calculate the tour cost
  • Proceed to Book by registering and logging in to atlanticdubai.ae 
  • Ensure that your passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
  • Ensure that the Names provided should match the travel document.
  • “Child with bed” should be booked as ADULT on Double or Triple sharing basis
  • Booking for 2Adult +1 Child, please book as Double Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 3Adult +1 Child, please book as Triple Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 2Adults and 2 Children, one of the child should be booked as an Adult in a Triple Room.
  • Once Booked, you will receive a mail with Booking confirmation no.
  • Allow us 24-48hrs time limit to revert with the Service Confirmation Voucher to your registered email ID.
