Day 1 Arrive Tokyo

Welcome to Japan – the Land of the Rising Sun!
On arrival in Tokyo, you will be welcomed by our local Cox & Kings representative and transferred to your hotel by the airport limousine bus.
The city will surprise you by it’s architectural wonders and the skyscrapers which are the signature style of Tokyo. It has a quaint oriental charm and yet it is a modern energetic metropolis.

Day 2Tokyo

Enjoy a city tour of Tokyo (Seat in coach).

Embark on a city tour of this beautiful city. The highlights include visits to the Tokyo Tower followed by Tea Ceremony Experience (35 mins). Enjoy authentic local lunch and thereafter visit the Imperial Palace Plaza and Nijubashi bridge. Proceed on a Sumida River Cruise, where you can marvel at the panoramic view of the city. Later visit the Asakusa Kannon Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street and the Tasaki Pearl Gallery.

Note: Travel from your hotel to bus terminal and back is on your own.

The day is at leisure to explore the city or you can opt to take optional tour to the famous natural attraction Mt. Fuji and Lake Hakone or enjoy a visit to Tokyo Disneyland.

Day 4Depart Tokyo

After breakfast, travel from hotel to airport in Tokyo for your flight back home.

  12. Private transfer to Tokyo Disneyland is very expensive, there are no seat in coach tour operations, hence its recommended for clients to travel by train by own arrangements.
  13. Indian restaurant is 10 minutes walking from hotel, clients can either walk or take taxi on own arrangements.

    Note:

    • Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
    • As per RBI norms, you need to provide PAN Card number. If you are not holding PAN Card, you need to provide declaration in Form 60 along with self-attested passport copy with address page or copy of Utility bill as address proof i.e. telephone or electricity bill (if passport address is different from current address).
    • LRS form for tour cost to be signed.

  • The package does not include any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, postage, mineral water, camera fees, food and drinks and other things not mentioned in our itinerary
  • Early check-in and late check-out at hotels, if not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Cancellation & Charges
  • More than 45 days from the date of departure – Non-refundable booking amount AED 500 and non-refundable full tickets cost will be deducted
  • Cancellation prior to 44 – 30 days prior to departure would be 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation prior to 29 – 22 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount
  • Cancellation within 21 days of the departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted
  • **Booking Condition**
  • A non-refundable Booking amount of AED 500 in order to initiate the booking provided the departure date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
  • A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 30 to 26 days from the date of departure
  • A deposit of 100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 21 days from the date of departure
How to Book
  • Click on the “Book” and select the desired travel date.
  • Choose your room type , number of adults and children and calculate the tour cost
  • Proceed to Book by registering and logging in to atlanticdubai.ae 
  • Ensure that your passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
  • Ensure that the Names provided should match the travel document.
  • “Child with bed” should be booked as ADULT on Double or Triple sharing basis
  • Booking for 2Adult +1 Child, please book as Double Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 3Adult +1 Child, please book as Triple Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 2Adults and 2 Children, one of the child should be booked as an Adult in a Triple Room.
  • Once Booked, you will receive a mail with Booking confirmation no.
  • Allow us 24-48hrs time limit to revert with the Service Confirmation Voucher to your registered email ID.
  • Booking form to be duly singed when requested for.
