Day 1Arrive Hanoi

Welcome to Vietnam! On arrival at the airport in Hanoi, you will be met by Cox & Kings representative and transferred to your hotel (check in after 1400 hours).

Note:

Early check-in is subject to availability unless pre-booked and paid in advance.
Please note that the hotel may take your credit card at the time of check in towards incidentals. The hold on the card will be released once the guests check out if no charges are incurred.

Hanoi, Vietnam

Enjoy a half day city tour of Hanoi (Seat in coach).

This afternoon, enjoy a half day city tour. The highlights include a visit to the Temple of Literature, Ba Dinh Square and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside). Later, take a stroll around the Old Quarter of Hanoi and visit the Hoan Kiem Lake (the ‘Sword’ Lake).

Day 2 Hanoi

Hanoi, Vietnam

Embark on an excursion to Halong Bay (Seat in coach).

This morning, enjoy an excursion to Halong Bay. On arrival, embark on a boat and set sail round its natural rocky gardens. Relish a sumptuous seafood lunch and spend rest of the day swimming in the islets or relaxing on the sundeck. Later, return to the wharf and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi.
Note: Only local food available on board.

Day 3Hanoi - Saigon

Later, in the morning, you will be transferred to the airport in Hanoi for your flight to Saigon.

On arrival at the airport in Saigon, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Enjoy a half day city tour of Saigon (Seat in coach).

Later, in the afternoon, proceed for a city tour of Saigon. Enjoy a visit to the Reunification Palace, the colonial styled Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica. Next, enjoy a walking tour and visit the Nguyen Hue street and Ben Thanh Market, to experience the daily life of the locals.

Day 4 Saigon

Saigon, Vietnam

Explore Mekong Delta on a full day tour (Seat in coach).

This morning, explore the Mekong Delta Region. Embark on a boat and cruise the mighty Mekong River and observe the life of the local people living along the banks. Disembark at My Tho, homeland of coconuts. Relish the tropical fruits and enjoy traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Later, visit the local factories by sailing on the boats rowed by the locals. Later, return to Saigon and visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, famous for its architecture.

Day 5Saigon

Enjoy a visit Cu Chi Tunnels (Seat in coach).

This morning, enjoy a visit to Cu Chi Tunnels. These tunnels were dug by hand during the Vietnam War and inhabited by the forces of the Vietnamese guerillas during the conflict. These are one of the most impressive examples of how fierce the war used to be.

  1. This is a third party product whereby the tour is operated on a coach tour with an English speaking tour escort The tour operator reserves the right to operate tours using a van, mini-bus or a full size coach depending upon the total number of passengers booked on tour.
  2. On this coach tour, the hotels offered are outside the city-limits.
  3. Hotels might charge you a security deposit or credit card for a particular amount. This amount will not be charged to your card but will act as a guarantee to hotel for utilization of room service.
  4. The tour will have other tourist from India or Indian origin travelling together.
  5. Meals offered are in a standard Indian restaurant, depending upon the group size you will be served buffet or set meal. A meal is defined with appetizer, 2 vegetarian / 1 non vegetarian main course with choice of Roti, Rice and desert-.

    Note:

    • Exchange rate will be applicable on the day you make the payment as per company’s rate card.
    • As per RBI norms, you need to provide PAN Card number. If you are not holding PAN Card, you need to provide declaration in Form 60 along with self-attested passport copy with address page or copy of utility bill as address proof i.e. telephone or electricity bill (if passport address is different from current address).
    • LRS form for tour cost to be signed.

  • Cancellation & Charges
  • More than 45 days from the date of departure – Non-refundable booking amount AED 500 and non-refundable full tickets cost will be deducted
  • Cancellation prior to 44 – 30 days prior to departure would be 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation prior to 29 – 22 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount
  • Cancellation within 21 days of the departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted
  • **Booking Condition**
  • A non-refundable Booking amount of AED 500 in order to initiate the booking provided the departure date is more than 45 days from the date of booking
  • A deposit of 50% of the holiday cost if the booking is made between 30 to 26 days from the date of departure
  • A deposit of 100% of the holiday cost if the booking is made 21 days from the date of departure
How to Book

  • Choose your room type , number of adults and children and calculate the tour cost
  • Proceed to Book by registering and logging in to atlanticdubai.ae 
  • Ensure that your passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
  • Ensure that the Names provided should match the travel document.
  • “Child with bed” should be booked as ADULT on Double or Triple sharing basis
  • Booking for 2Adult +1 Child, please book as Double Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 3Adult +1 Child, please book as Triple Sharing basis where, The Child will be sharing parents bed or the child will be provided no bed.
  • Booking for 2Adults and 2 Children, one of the child should be booked as an Adult in a Triple Room.
  • Once Booked, you will receive a mail with Booking confirmation no.
  • Allow us 24-48hrs time limit to revert with the Service Confirmation Voucher to your registered email ID.
